Choosing your style
Getting a look that defines you

Your face shape has a strong influence on the success of your style.

Look at the 4 categories of head shape and select the one that best matches your own and click on the images to see examples of hair styles that may suit you best.

Oval face
An oval face can carry just about any hair style but you should be certain that it’s one that matches your personality and your lifestyle.

Round face
This is best suited to styles that lengthen the face to make it appear more oval. Parting the hair down the centre or an asymmetric cut will create this illusion.

Triangular face
This face shape tends to be long. Your style needs more volume to de-accentuate and create the illusion of a more balanced face. Root lift, volume, texture and curls are ideal. Definitely avoid straightening the hair as that will lengthen the face further.

Square face
A square-shaped face requires us to soften the angles with curls, it’s best to avoid ponytails and head hugging shapes that can make the face appear too angular.
